RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

Since all items are made to order (not pre-made) we can accept returns for store credit only (not including shipping and handling). The product(s) have to be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and cannot have makeup stains, deodorant or perfume smell with the tag(s) still attached.
Please do not send any item back that does not fulfill these requirements (there are no exceptions) as it will not be accepted.

You will need to bring your item(s) to the post office within 7 business days after your package has been marked delivered. We recommend to purchase tracking, if a package does not arrive in our shop we cannot issue a store credit.

It is in our discretion to refuse the issue of a store credit.
In this case we will contact you and you will need to purchase return shipping before the items are send back to you.


We also accept exchanges of your item for a different size but only with the same shirt color and design that was originally ordered. If the newly requested size is not available, then you will receive store credit. The same requirements as for returns apply. You will receive a replacement item after you purchased re-shipping. You have three (3) business days to request an exchange. 


Sale and seasonal items (specific Holiday designs) are exempt from returns and exchanges.

In your return package include your name, order number and your email address. The return address will be emailed to you when a return/exchange has been authorized.

Store credit (not including shipping expenses) will be issued as an electronic gift card and send to the email address you include in the return within 5 BUSINESS days after receipt.


INCORRECT ITEM

If we sent you the wrong size/color and/or design, please email us right away, latest 3 days after receiving your package at service@oncloudfaith.com
Please also enclose a clear picture of the item for our records and we will take it from there.
