SHIPPING POLICIES

We offer free first-class shipping with USPS for all orders over $75.00 in the continental US.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Please check your emails frequently after ordering in case we have to verify your address or any other questions.
 
Please be very diligent when providing your payment and shipping information. We are not responsible if a package is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address or is returned to us.
If we need to re-send a returned package because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will have to charge you for the re-shipping expenses (even if you originally qualified for free shipping).
 
Lost or delayed packages
Once the tracking information shows that the package was accepted by the post office we cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses.

Shipping times within the continental US (not including processing times, weekends and holidays) vary and are not guaranteed by the USPS:

First Class: estimated 3-5 business days

Priority Mail: estimated 2-4 business days

Express Mail: estimated 1-3 business days

International

You are responsible for all import fees that may be assessed by customs
