FAQ:

What is your processing time?
Our processing time is between 2-5 BUSINESS days, not including shipping time.
If you have a Need By Date you can email us and we will send the order out asap but please also consider expedited shipping.
We cannot issue a refund or store credit if the package arrives too late for your event.

How do I find my correct size?
All our products are UNISEX, so it can be worn by women and men. To make sure that you order the correct size, please consult the measurements in the listings. We always recommend to compare those measurements to the ones of a shirt or hoodie you already own and which fits you well.

Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. Sometimes, even though rarely, it can happen that the tracking does not update for a couple of days which means it was not scanned at the origin; please be patient and check frequently if the item is scanned at the next distribution center. If there is absolutely no movement within 10 BUSINESS (after shipping) days we will replace the item.

I received my order and the print colors or shirt color are different than expected.
This is no reason for a replacement or return. We display all colors as true to the original as possible. Different screen settings can show colors slightly different.  

I received a wrong item, what do I need to do?
Immediately send us an email with a picture to service@oncloudfaith.com so we can correct the error right away.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We accept returns within a certain time limit in exchange for a shop credit. See RETURN POLICIES for more detailed information.
We also accept exchanges of your item for a different size but only with the same shirt color and design that was originally ordered based upon availability of the replacement item. If the item is not available then you will receive store credit. You must email us your request within three (3) business days after delivery. The new item will be mailed after you purchase re-shipping. 

The same requirements as for returns apply.


Do you offer custom designs?
We would love to work with you on a custom design, however, at this time there is a minimum order quantity of 20 items (all styles/colors/sizes) with the same design and design colors.
